You'll need to Add an Organization Profile in order to switch Modes.
Your Get Workers home screen and profile screen will make it easy for you to see what mode you are in. If your home screen gives you the option to create Project Gigs, you're in Personal Mode. (If you have the option to create other post types, you're already in Business Mode.)
If you are only looking for help around the house, you do not need to switch modes.
If you are interested in using your account to source and hire workers at work and at home and you have not done so already, you need to add an Organization Profile to activate Business Mode. Doing so will give you the ability to post hourly Shift Gigs or Full/Part-Time Positions from your organization, not from you individually.
To add an Organization Profile, go to your Profile and select Edit Organization Profile in the Profile Information section.
Add your Organization Name, Industry, and other optional information like your company logo. Once added you'll see a new section on your Profile indicating you're in Business Mode and you'll have the ability to switch between the two.
Once activated, you’ll be able to easily switch between Business Mode and Personal Mode from your Profile.
