Is there overtime pay?
Every gig is unique. The requester is responsible for determining requirements regarding overtime (OT) pay for Shift Gig workers.
If the worker does not believe they will be compensated for OT, they should not apply to or commit to working Shift Gigs that will put them in OT territory. Workers also have the ability to control their own clock, and can choose not to work over 40 hours in any given 7-day period.
