What is Personal Mode?
Use Personal Mode to complete residential Project Gigs.
Personal Mode is great for sourcing workers for residential requests. While in Personal Mode, Project Gig posts you create and publish will display to workers from your name, not an organization.
If you selected "At Home" when setting up your account for the first time, you were automatically placed in Personal Mode.
- In Personal Mode, you can post free Project Gigs to connect with local workers who can bid to complete your Projects.
- In Business Mode you can post free hourly Shift Gigs or you can post Full/Part-Time Positions to advertise your permanent positions. Or, you can switch to Personal Mode in order to post free Project Gigs.
