How do I delete my business account?

Delete your Organization account yourself in a couple of taps, or reach out and we'll take care of it for you.

Before you start: deleting your account is permanent. Once it's processed, there's no restoration, so make sure any open shifts are closed out and outstanding invoices are settled first.

To delete it yourself:

  1. Sign in to your GigSmart for Business account.
  2. Select the "Profile" section — tap your avatar in the bottom nav on mobile, or the profile icon in the top-right corner on web.
  3. Select "My Profile."
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account."
  5. Confirm when prompted.
