How and when should I report a suspicious message?

Follow these guidelines to report suspicious messages.

Please report suspicious user behavior, especially if a Worker is asking you:

  • For any personal information you normally wouldn’t share (like your social security number, credit card information, or other personal information).
  • To contact or forward money to an outside party.
  • To wire funds via Western Union, MoneyGram, or another wire service.
  • To provide a different credit card than the one you provided.
  • Inappropriate messages should immediately be reported. Please include as much information as you can so that we can follow-up with you and the Worker(s) accordingly.
