How and when should I report a suspicious message?
Follow these guidelines to report suspicious messages.
Please report suspicious user behavior, especially if a Worker is asking you:
- For any personal information you normally wouldn’t share (like your social security number, credit card information, or other personal information).
- To contact or forward money to an outside party.
- To wire funds via Western Union, MoneyGram, or another wire service.
- To provide a different credit card than the one you provided.
- For alternative contact info, like a different email address or phone number.
- To contact them outside of GigSmart's platform.
