How can I edit the Worker Clock-In area on a Location?
Be confident workers are only clocking-in when they are physically at the work location.
To help provide confidence in the clock-in process, you have the ability to customize clock-in areas to ensure workers can only start their clock when they are physically at the work location you designated.
When creating a new Location or editing an existing Location, select Edit Location Pin & Worker Clock-In area to edit its geofence.
Customize your Location Pin and Clock-In area:
- Move the Address Pin to the exact Clock-In area
- Example: Place the pin at a specific entry point at a venue such as "Gate A"
- Change the size of the Clock-In circle area by selecting the +/- buttons
- Customize the Clock-In area by choosing the 'Custom' option on the top left of the map
- Drag the dots to draw a shape around the desired Clock-In area
