How do I complete tasks for delivery shifts?

If a Delivery Shift Gig has tasks assigned, you will see a row at the top of the shift details screen indicating you have assigned tasks. 

Select the Open Tasks button to view your task list. 

From the task list, tap into the first unassigned task, review the details and select Start Task. 

Once you start your task, the task is active and must be marked as complete or incomplete before moving on to another task. The task will provide directions, recipient information, details, and required actions you must take when completing the task (For example: Verify Age, Capture Signature, Scan Bar Code, Take Photo, etc.). Once the task is complete, select Tap To Complete and indicate if the task was successfully completed. 

If the task was a success, you’ll be prompted to provide the required information and select complete the task as a success. Once the task information is provided, you can save and mark the task as a success and move on to the next task.

If the task was not successfully completed, you’ll be prompted to provide reasons for the task failure and select a failure reason from the list. Once the task failure information is provided, you can save and mark the task as a failure and move on to the next task.
