How do I complete tasks for delivery shifts?

If a Delivery Shift has tasks assigned, you will see a row at the top of the Shift details screen indicating you have assigned tasks.

Select the Open Tasks button to view your task list.

From the task list, tap into the first unassigned task, review the details and select Start Task.

Once you start your task, the task is active and must be marked as complete or incomplete before moving on to another task. The task will provide directions, recipient information, details, and required actions you must take when completing the task (For example: Verify Age, Capture Signature, Scan Bar Code, Take Photo, etc.). Once the task is complete, select Complete with Success and indicate if the task was successfully completed.

Attachments and Notes are separated based on if they are Required or Optional (required are also colored red). You won't be able to complete the task as a success unless you have the required attachments. Attachments will show on the task summary once completed.

If the task was not successfully completed, you’ll be prompted to provide reasons for the task failure and select a failure reason from the list (notes may be required to save, the Failure Notes title will be red if required). Once the task failure information is provided, you can save and mark the task as a failure and move on to the next task. Task success and failures can be tracked on the task list as you complete them.
