How do I contact a Requester?

You may only contact the Requester if you are hired for their Shift.

Once you are hired for a Shift, you will be able to message the Requesters who are apart of the Organization the Shift was posted for using GigSmart's in-app messaging feature. If the Requester has opted to use the Shift Group Chat, you can message there as well. You will also be able to call the Requester.
