How do I determine which rating to give to a requester?
Honest ratings improve our requester pool.
Workers and requesters are asked to rate each other at the end of every Shift Gig. Workers should provide an honest rating for each requester (on a scale of 1-5) along with comments to help future workers better understand who they will complete work for. While GigSmart does not verify reviews, we want to ensure our community of users utilizes past reviews to influence their future decisions.
