Workers and businesses are asked to rate each other at the end of every shift. You should provide an honest rating for each worker (on a scale of 1-5) along with comments to help other businesses better understand worker quality. While GigSmart does not verify reviews, we want to ensure our community of users uses past reviews to influence their future hiring decisions.
