How do you change your payment information on file?
You can add or update your payment method from your Worker Wallet.
Navigate to your Worker Wallet in the Get Gigs app to manage how you receive payments. You'll see two payout options to choose from:
- Branch Wallet – Your earnings are deposited directly into your Branch account, managed within the Branch app.
- Branch Direct – Your earnings are sent to an external debit card of your choosing.
To add or update a Branch Direct debit card:
If you haven't signed up for Branch Direct yet, you'll see an option to sign up directly from your Worker Wallet.
If you're already signed up for Branch Direct and need to update your debit card, select the "Change" button, which will take you directly to Branch to make any updates.
