What is the difference between posting a Shift Gig and a Full/Part-Time Position?

You can hire any type of worker on Get Workers, from on-demand labor to part-time and full-time positions.

  • Shift Gigs: Shift Gigs connect you to on-demand workers with specific experience and qualifications. Shift Gigs can be posted ASAP or up to 30 days in advance. When you complete a Shift Gig, the Worker's hours will be tracked and you will pay them securely through the platform.
  • Job board posts: The GigSmart job board advertises your full/part-time positions to available workers in your area.
