Why is W-2 required on my Shift?

W-2 Workers are required for all Shifts posted in California and Colorado. When posting in CA or CO, you must add W-2 Workers as an add-on to your Shift to post. W-2 Workers are employed through an Employee of Record, Ascen. 

Pricing for the W-2 Workers add-on is the following

• W-2 Workers: 45% or $25 minimum
• W-2 Workers + Background Checks: 45% or $35 minimum
