What does offering a Shift Gig to a worker mean?
Offer Shift Gigs to you are interested in working with.
When you find a worker you’d like to hire, the next step is to offer them the Shift Gig. Once the Shift Gig is offered they will be notified, giving them the option to accept or reject your offer. This allows them to confirm their availability on the specific date and time of your Shift Gig.
After they accept your Shift Gig offer, you will be notified, and the worker will officially be hired. If you need to work through any final details, you can use the in-app messaging or calling feature to contact your worker directly.
