What does the Estimated Pay mean on a Shift?

You can view the Estimated Pay for every Shift in your Shift list. If you want to see the total expected payout amount for the Shift (minus any applicable fees), please view the Shift details.

For 1099 Shifts: You'll need to submit a bid to be hired, so your Estimated Pay may vary based on the hourly rate you and the Requester agree on. Learn more in How do I apply and bid for posted Shifts?

For W-2 Shifts: There is no bidding — the Requester sets a fixed hourly rate, and your Estimated Pay reflects that Offered Hourly Rate directly. Learn more in How do I get started with W-2 Shifts?
