What happens when a Worker no shows and is not cancelled?
GigSmart keeps workers accountable.
If a hired worker does not show up and you don't cancel them, they will automatically be canceled at the Shift Gig end time. You will not be charged.
To reduce cancellations and no-shows while holding workers accountable, GigSmart utilizes a cancellation policy on a warning point system. For more information on our worker Cancellation Policy, please see our worker Code of Conduct & Cancellation Policy page.
