Get Workers: Creating, Managing, & Cancelling Gigs
What happens when a Worker no shows and is not cancelled?
Automatic Cancellations, Timesheets and Disputes
If a hired Worker does not show up and you don't cancel them during the Shift, they will automatically be canceled at the Shift Gig end time. You will not be charged.
If the Worker did not clock in but did work the Shift, you as the Requester or the Worker can create a timesheet to add those hours worked.
If the Worker did not clock in, worked the Shift but a timesheet was not created in time before the Requester marked them as a No-Show, the Worker can submit a dispute to get paid for those worked hours.
