What if I can’t start my gig clock?

Once you arrive to the Shift Gig address, you should see a blue ‘Start’ button on your Shift Gig.

If you’re unable to clock in, you can use the “Refresh my Location” button to refresh your location, which should give you the ability to clock in.

If you are still unable to clock in, please contact the Requester to start your clock. You can message them directly from within your Get Gigs app.
