What if I don't have enough workers in a Worker Group to source the number of workers I need to hire?
We'll show you a warning to indicate there may not be enough workers available to fill your Shift.
As part of posting a new Shift Gig, you'll be prompted to enter the number of workers you need to hire for your Shift.
If the number you enter is higher than the number of workers who are available in the Worker Group(s) you choose to source from, you'll see a notification that you may not have enough workers available in your Group(s) to source all the workers you have requested.
You can always modify this by editing the relevant section (the number of workers needed or which group(s) you want to source from) from the Shift Details summary screen prior to publishing your Shifts.
