What is the difference between an ASAP and a scheduled Shift?

What is the difference between an ASAP and a scheduled shift?

ASAP shifts are shifts that you need to fill as quickly as possible that can be posted when selecting only today's date. Workers will see a start time of "ASAP" and a Latest Arrival Time that they must arrive by in order to work the shift.

Scheduled shifts are shifts that occur at a date and time in the future. This can be a few hours from now or up to 30 days in advance. Workers with matching skills who are located within a reasonable distance of your shift will receive notifications when scheduled shifts are posted.
