What types of worker groups should I create?

The possibilities are endless!

Worker groups are meant to help you categorize workers so you can easily hire them to work your shifts. You can create a worker group for whatever you want, but we recommend you consider creating worker groups for:

  • Certain equipment (i.e. workers who have trucks, tools, etc.)
  • Skills and expertise (i.e. a forklift license, safety certification, etc.)
  • Worker availability (i.e. workers who can always work night shifts)
  • Your priorities (i.e. an A list and a B list of workers)
To learn more about how you can use worker groups for your hiring needs, please see this blog post as well as this help center article.
