What types of Work Groups should I create?
The possibilities are endless!
Work Groups are meant to help you categorize workers so you can easily hire them to work your Shifts. You can create a Worker Group for whatever you want, but we recommend you consider creating Worker Groups for:
- Certain equipment (i.e. workers who have trucks, tools, etc.)
- Skills and expertise (i.e. a forklift license, safety certification, etc.)
- Worker availability (i.e. workers who can always work night Shifts)
- Your priorities (i.e. an A list and a B list of workers)
