Will passing on Offers affect the Offers I receive?

If you receive a Request to Bid notification from a Requester and cannot or do not want to accept, simply reject it. Rejecting a Request to Bid will not affect your ability to receive future offers, unless you choose to stop receiving offers for that specific Position (you'll be prompted with this option if you'd like to opt out). The more ratings and reviews you receive, the more likely you are to be hired for Shifts in the future.

Note: This applies to 1099 Shifts with bidding enabled. If you're working W-2 Shifts, there's no bidding involved — Requesters send you a Shift Offer directly, and you can simply accept or reject it, which similarly won't affect future offers.
