When will my background check get run?
A background check will run once a Worker has been hired for a Verified Shift.
Once you accept an offer for a Verified Shift, we'll run your background check and/or motor vehicle records check. If you're cleared, you'll be hired for the Shift (usually within minutes).
If there's an issue with your verification, you'll be emailed directly with more information regarding next steps. (This can take up to one week, but usually takes less than 24 hours.)
