When will my motor vehicle records (MVR) check get run?
GigSmart runs motor vehicle records checks once a Worker has been hired for a Verified Gig.
Once you are hired for a Verified Gig, we'll run your background check and/or motor vehicle records check. If you're cleared, you'll be hired for the Gig (usually within minutes).
If there's an issue with your verification, you'll be emailed directly with more information regarding next steps. (This can take up to one week, but usually takes less than 24 hours.)
