How do I cancel one shift in a Multi-Shift?
You can cancel one or more shifts at any time.
Shift cancellations are managed at an individual level. Simply open the shift card for the time and date you wish to cancel, select Details and Cancel Shift. You will only be canceling this shift, not the entire Multi-shift series.
If you cancel a shift inside of its cancellation window, you will be charged a shift cancellation fee for each worker who is scheduled on your shift. To learn more about our Shift Cancellation Policy, please click here.
