How do I cancel one shift in a Multi-Shift Gig?
You can cancel one or more Shift Gigs at anytime.
Shift cancellations are managed at an individual level. Simply open the Shift Gig card for the time and date you wish to cancel, select Details and Cancel Gig. You will only be cancelling this Shift, not the entire Multi-Shift Gig series.
If you cancel a Shift inside of its cancellation window, you will be charged a Shift Gig cancellation fee for each worker who is scheduled on your Shift. To learn more about our Shift Gig Cancellation Policy, please click here.
