I forgot to start the worker's shift clock, can I still hire and pay them through the app?

Yes, you can pay workers even if you forget to start their shift clock, but remember, workers are able to start their own shift clock too.

If the worker’s shift clock was never started, and the shift end time has elapsed, you will be given two options when completing your shift in order to pay your workers:

  1. You can create a timesheet to calculate their pay based on the hourly rate and the total time worked on the timesheet.
  2. You can input a flat amount.

The worker also has 6 hours after the shift end time to create a timesheet and submit it for you for review.
