Get Workers: Creating, Managing, & Cancelling Gigs
I forgot to start the worker's gig clock, can I still hire and pay them through the app?
Yes, you can pay workers even if you forget to start their Gig clock, but remember, workers are able to start their own Gig clock too.
If the worker’s Gig clock was never started, and the Gig end time has elapsed, you will be given two options when completing your Gig in order to pay your workers:
- You can create a timesheet to calculate their pay based on the hourly rate and the total time worked on the timesheet.
- You can input a flat amount.
Click pay without a timesheet.
The worker also has 6 hours after the shift end time to create a timesheet and submit it for you for review.
