What is the Active Shift Map and when is it available?
The Active Shift Map allows you to view scheduled Workers live on a map view. The map is available when your Shift is active. You can access the Shift Map from your homescreen, the Shift card on your Shifts tab, or from the Shift Dashboard. You can view the Active Shift Map until your Shift ends.
What does it mean when a Worker is Not Tracked on the Active Shift Map?
Here are the main reasons a Worker will show up as Not Tracked on your Shift Map
- There is no location data for the Worker (no location permissions, no cellular data)
- The Worker's location has not moved at least a half of a mile since they have gone En Route to your Shift
How can I view location details once the Shift ends?
When the Shift ends, you can view a Worker's Timesheet for their location when they clocked in and clocked out of the Shift.
