How and when should I report a suspicious message?

Please report Requester messages if they:

  • Ask for personal information that you normally wouldn’t share (like your social security number, credit card information, or other personal information).
  • Ask you to contact or receive money through an outside party.
  • Ask to wire funds to you via Western Union, MoneyGram, or another wire service.
  • Ask you to provide a bank account other than the one you provided in the app.
Inappropriate messages can be immediately reported by sending an email to our Support team.
