1. Hard Refresh on your webpage 

This is the easiest option, and we recommend trying this before moving to the next option.

To do a hard refresh on Windows: Select Ctrl + Shift + R

To do a hard refresh on Mac: Select Command + Shift + R

 

2. Clearing Cache and Cookies on your webpage

To clear the browser cache and cookies:

  1. On the URL bar, click on the icon to the left of the URL input
  2. Click on Cookies and site data
  3. Then select Manage on-device site data
  4. Finally, click on the trashcan icons to completely delete cache and cookies on that site.

 

3. Clearing Cache and Cookies from the settings 

Clearing Cache & Cookies from the settings will clear cache and cookies from ALL sites.

  1. At the top right, click More More.
  2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  5. Click Clear data.

1. Clearing Cache and Cookies on your webpage

To clear the browser cache and cookies:

  1. Click the padlock Fx89Padlock at the left of the address bar.
  2. Click Clear Cookies and Site data.

 

2. Clearing Cache and Cookies for a Website 

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  3. Click the Manage Data… button. The Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog will appear.
  4. In the Search websites field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove. Items that match your search will be displayed.
      • To remove all cookies and storage data for the website, click Remove All Shown.
      • To remove selected items, select an entry and click Remove Selected.
  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. In the Removing Cookies and Site Data confirmation dialog that opens, click OK.
  7. Close the about:preferences page.

 

3. Clearing All Cache and Cookies

  1. Click Firefox in the Menu bar at the top of the screen and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  3. Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.
    1. Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts, and other cached content) should both be check-marked.
  4. Click Clear

 

4. Clear All Cookies and keep other data

To delete only cookies while keeping other data, do the following:

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton, click History and then click Clear Recent History….
  2. Set Time range to clear: to Everything.
  3. Select Cookies and make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected.
  4. Click Clear Now to clear all cookies and close the Clear All History window.

Managing and clearing your cache and cookies depends on the device and browser you use. To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del. You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.

 

Apple Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
  3. Click Manage Website Data....
  4. Select one or more websites to clear, then click Remove or Remove All.
  5. Click Remove Now to confirm.

Universal

If none of the above options are working you can do the following across any browser type

  1. Right click while on the Get Workers web application.
  2. Select Inspect from the available options
  3. Navigate to the Applications tab
    1. You may have to select the >> icon to view them or hover over the icons depending on your browser
  4. Go to Storage
  5. Select Clear site data
