How do I correct my W9 information with Branch?
During Branch account setup, you will be prompted to supply your W9 information. If for any reason your TIN cannot be verified, you will not be placed on a shift until resolved.
To resolve, log-in to Branch, and you will see a prompt stating your W9 information needs attention. You can also click the 'manage' button displayed in the Get Gigs app, which will direct you to your Branch account. Follow the instructions to correct.
