How do I set up my Branch account?

GigSmart is excited to create a better payments experience with Branch.

After receiving a shift offer, you'll be prompted to set up your Branch account while accepting a shift. You'll choose between two payout options:

Branch Wallet - Standard Payouts (Free)

  • Receive pay in 2 business days after timesheet approval
  • Includes a free digital wallet and debit card through the Branch App

Branch Direct - Rapid Payouts (3% fee)

  • Receive pay within minutes after timesheet approval
  • Funds are deposited directly into your existing bank account

Select your preferred option and follow the instructions to complete the setup. You can change your payout method through the Branch App. Once setup is complete, you can accept shift offers and start receiving payments.
