How do I set up my Branch account?

GigSmart partners with Branch to give you a fast, secure way to get paid for your shifts.

The first time you accept a shift offer, you'll be prompted to set up your Branch account. You'll choose one of two payout options:

Branch Wallet - Standard Payouts (Free)

  • Receive pay in 2 business days after timesheet approval
  • Includes a free digital wallet and debit card through the Branch App

Branch Direct - Rapid Payouts (3% fee)

  • Receive pay within minutes after timesheet approval
  • Funds are deposited directly into your existing bank account

Select your preferred option and follow the instructions to complete setup. You can change your payout method anytime through the Branch App. Once you're set up, your future shift payments will be sent automatically using your chosen option.
