How much does GigSmart for Business cost to use?

GigSmart for Business offers the lowest fees of any hiring platform in the industry.

You can hire hourly workers on-demand by posting a shift, or you can advertise permanent full/part-time positions by posting on G-Board.

The pricing breakdown for each platform is detailed below:

G-Flex - Shifts eligible for 1099 Workers
  • Standard Shifts (no add-ons)
    • Fee: 35%
    • Minimum: In situations where an individual worker is paid less than $72, a minimum $25 transaction fee will be charged in lieu of the standard rate. 
  • Background Check Add-On
    • Fee: 35%
    • Minimum: In situations where an individual worker is paid less than $100 and a background check was requested, a minimum $35 transaction fee will be charged in lieu of the standard rate.
  • Motor Vehicle Records Check Add-On

  • Drug Screening Add-On
    • Please contact your GigSmart representative for drug screen pricing

  • Standard Shifts (includes Background Check)
    • Fee: 45%
    • Minimum: In situations where an individual worker is paid less than $100, a minimum $45 transaction fee will be charged in lieu of the standard rate.
  • MVR Check Add-On

  • Drug Screening Add-On

G-Board - Full/Part-Time Position Post plans and pricing are based on post duration, starting as low as $90. 
      • 1 week plan (7 days) - $90.00
      • 2 week plan (14 days) - $150.00
      • 3 week plan (21 days) - $220.00 
      • 1 month plan (30 days) - $270.00
      • 3 month plan (90 days) - $600.00
