We have added multiple new Calendar views to help you manage your schedules, Shifts and Workers in your Organization. Each view provides different ways to take actions on your Shifts, manage and add/remove Workers, and get an overall view of your upcoming Shifts, all from one place.
Views can be changed using the dropdown on the top left side, and the calendar date display can be changed with the controls on the top right (next to Filters). 
Monthly View
The updated Monthly View improves our previous monthly Shift calendar with some added functionality. From this view, you can view your previous, active and upcoming Shifts. We have added search and filter functionality to help you find Shifts faster. If a day has more than 2 Shifts, selecting 'View More' will show you a list of those Shifts. Each can be selected to access the Shift Management dashboard.
We have also added the ability to add Shifts right from this view. By selecting the '+' on the calendar day, you will see the create Shift flow in a modal:
If you need to post W-2 Shifts, additional steps will show for those additional requirements:
Workers View
The Workers view shows all the Scheduled Workers on your Shifts within a specified time period. That way, you can stay on top of your Workers' schedules and manage their engagements without having to navigate between Shifts.
You can access calling and messaging or cancel the Worker on Shifts from this view.
The Worker view is only available in 'Week' or 'Day' views.
Position & Location View
The Position & Location view shows all combinations with active or upcoming Shifts within a specified time period.
From this view, you can access the Position dashboard or Location dashboard, or see a list of Shifts for that combination. The Shift itself can be viewed with routes to manage your Workers or send out Bid Requests. Finally, slots can be edited directly on a Shift if it has not started yet.
Shifts can also be added from this view by selecting the '+' on the calendar day. In this instance, the Position and Location would already be selected based on the row you selected from. If you would like more information, you can reference the Monthly View above.
The Position & Location view is only available in 'Week' or 'Day' views.
Position & Location Slots View
The Position & Location Slots view is just like the previous one (Positions and Locations), with the addition of hired Workers and empty slots being displayed on each Shift for easy Worker management.
From this view, you can do the same things as the Position/Location view with some additions. By selecting a Worker's name, you can view their profile, go to the Shift or cancel them off without having to navigate away. We also included a new 'View All Workers' modal if there are more than 5 Workers on a Shift.
Just like the last view, Shifts can be added from this view by selecting the '+' on each date.
If there is a combination you would like to manage but is not showing in the view, you can easily add one at the bottom of the list. Once the row is added, Shifts can be posted.
The Position & Location Slots view is only available in 'Week' or 'Day' views.
