What is the difference between Shift Gigs and Job Board posts?
We’ve made it easy for you to see all your job opportunities in one place!
- Shift Gigs: Shift Gigs seek temporary, hourly workers with specific experience and qualifications. Shift Gigs can be posted ASAP or up to 30 days in advance. When you work a Shift Gig, your hours will be tracked and your payment will be transferred to your Worker Wallet within the app.
- Job board posts: The GigSmart job board gives you access to full/part-time positions hiring in your area. If you see something you like, you can apply directly with the company that posted the position.
