What is the difference between Shifts and Job Board posts?
We’ve made it easy for you to see all your job opportunities in one place!
- Shifts: The available Shifts list gives you access to on-demand work with specific experience and qualifications. Shifts can be posted ASAP or up to 30 days in advance. When you work a Shift, your hours will be tracked and your payment will be transferred to your Worker Wallet within the app.
- Job Board Posts: The GigSmart Job Board gives you access to full/part-time positions hiring in your area. If you see something you like, you can apply directly with the company that posted the position.
