What is the Location Time Summary on my Timesheet?

The Location Time Summary shows how your paid time lines up with where your phone placed you during the Shift.

What do the colors on my Timesheet mean?

Green is good, red gets a closer look.

Green means you clocked in or out inside the Geofence. Red means something’s flagged — you clocked in or out somewhere off-site, weren’t detected on-site, left the Geofence, or had missing location data. Gray is just a detail like a date.

A red flag doesn’t reject your Timesheet, but it may slow your payout.

Why was my Timesheet flagged?

Your hours and your location data don’t match up.

Three common reasons, and how to fix each:

  • Worked hours are more than your on-site time. Edit your Timesheet so your Total Paid Time doesn’t exceed your Clocked-in Time On-site.
  • You were on-site but never clocked in. Start your clock when you arrive. If you forgot, edit your Timesheet to match the time you actually worked.
  • Your location data is missing. Set the app’s Location Permissions to “Always,” turn on Precise Location, and keep a connection during your Shift.

You can still submit a flagged Timesheet — it’ll just be reviewed before payout.

How do I avoid a flagged Timesheet?

Keep your clock and your location in sync.

  • Set Location Permissions to “Always” (not “While Using the App”) and turn on Precise Location.
  • Keep a cellular or Wi-Fi connection while you work.
  • Clock in when you arrive on-site and clock out before you leave.
  • Make sure your Total Paid Time doesn’t exceed your Clocked-in Time On-site.

What does “Missing Location Data” mean?

Your phone wasn’t sharing its location for part of your Shift.

This happens when Location Permissions are off or your phone loses service, so we can’t confirm you were on-site. Set Location Permissions to “Always,” turn on Precise Location, and keep a connection during your Shift.
