Why has my clock been paused and I can't resume it?
Your clock has been automatically paused because you left the work location area (geofence) during your shift.
To resume your clock:
- Return to the work location area
- Once you're back within the geofence, you'll be able to resume your clock
Note: While you're outside the geofence, only the business can resume your clock on their end. You won't be able to resume it yourself until you return to the work area.
