Why is W-2 required on my shift?

W-2 Workers are required for all Shifts posted in California, Colorado, Illinois, Washington D.C., New Jersey, New York City, NY and Seattle, WA. When posting in these locations, you must add W-2 Workers as an add-on to your Shift to post. W-2 Workers are employed through an Employer of Record, Ascen.
